The bespoke process
1. Schedule a consultation
Book an appointment to meet with our Gemstone/design specialist. We are very accommodating and flexible with consultation times. Just let us know your initial design ideas, gemstone preferences, and budget.
2. View ring styles (during consultation)
An initial consultation ensures we find out exactly what you want. Based on the information you have given us, we can show you ring style samples, customisation options or help you design something completely different.
3. View gemstone options (during consultation)
To find the perfect stones for your bespoke engagement ring, we source only the finest diamonds and coloured gemstones, with quality and value at the forefront of our selection process. We will educate you on the 4C's of diamond quality to help you decide, and together we will find the perfect gemstones!
4. Finalise the details
A bespoke ring usually requires hand-drawn designs, CAD (computer-aided design), and all-important alterations. This process ensures you are happy with the appearance of your ring before the crafting begins.
